The cost of technical support depends on the number of hours in the package. The starting number of hours in each package starts at $16 for 1 hour. Exceeding package hours in the Standard and Economy packages entails an increase in the cost for each excess hour of work. In the Premium package, the cost of an hour after exceeding the package hours does not change. Each package has its own terms and conditions, such as making a copy of the site and checking the site for updates and malware.
